h3Job title: Electrical Lead x2 /h3 h3Location: Bertonico, Province of Lodi, Italy (Milan Region) /h3 h3Company: Specialist Data Centre Contractor /h3 h3Package: Up to €150,000 DOE + 10/4 Rotation + Accommodation + €190 Net Weekly Allowance /h3 h3The Company /h3 pOur client is a specialist data centre contractor delivering major turnkey data centre projects across Europe, covering civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical works through to commissioning and handover. /p pThey are currently recruiting two experienced Electrical Leads to oversee electrical construction and installation activities on a major data centre development in the Milan region of Italy. /p h3The Role: Electrical Lead /h3 pAs Electrical Lead, you will take responsibility for the delivery of electrical works on a large-scale data centre project near Milan, ensuring installations are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. /p pWorking closely with the Project Manager, planning team, commercial team and specialist subcontractors, you will manage electrical site operations, coordinate technical information and oversee progress through to testing, commissioning and handover. /p pThis is a fully site-based position operating on a 10 days on, 4 days off rotation. /p h3Must Have Requirements /h3 ul liMust have a minimum of 7 years' experience in electrical construction, including responsibility for managing electrical works on major projects. /li liDegree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline required.



/li liProven experience leading electrical subcontractors and coordinating large-scale electrical installations. /li liStrong technical understanding of electrical systems, installation sequencing, testing and commissioning. /li liExperience managing construction programmes, quality standards and electrical project delivery. /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liExperience delivering electrical packages on industrial, pharmaceutical or mission-critical facilities. /li liKnowledge of LV and MV distribution systems, switchgear, containment and electrical infrastructure. /li liExperience coordinating electrical installations with mechanical, CSA and commissioning teams. /li liPrevious experience working on European construction projects. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage electrical construction activities across a major data centre project in Italy. /li liCoordinate daily electrical site operations, subcontractors and specialist vendors. /li liMonitor electrical installation progress, manpower requirements and programme milestones. /li liWork closely with planners and project management to maintain electrical construction schedules. /li liReview electrical drawings,



technical submittals and construction documentation.Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed and electrical installations meet project specifications. /li liManage electrical subcontractor performance, site documentation and safety compliance. /li liChair electrical coordination meetings and attend engineering, planning and handover meetings. /li liIdentify and resolve electrical design, installation and coordination issues. /li liSupport the commercial team with variations, cost control and progress reporting. /li liCoordinate electrical snagging, testing and commissioning activities through to final handover. /li liMaintain high health and safety standards across all electrical works. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou are an experienced Electrical Lead, Electrical Construction Manager or Senior Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in major electrical construction projects. /p pYou will be confident managing electrical subcontractors, coordinating complex installations and working with multidisciplinary construction teams. /p pStrong technical knowledge, communication skills and commercial awareness are essential, along with the ability to maintain programme delivery and quality standards on a busy construction site. /p h3What's on Offer /h3 pSalary: Up to €150,000 DOE /p ul li10 days on, 4 days off rotation /li li€190 net weekly allowance /li liIndividual accommodation provided, subject to confirmation /li liOpportunity to work on a major European data centre project /li liCareer progression within electrical construction management /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
