Overview

In this role you will strengthen quality across SASIB’s automatic packaging machines, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will monitor quality KPIs, lead root-cause analysis and CAPA, and support design reviews and risk assessments with cross-functional teams. You’ll maintain quality documentation, support audits, and promote a culture of quality on the production floor. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position within the Coesia family.

Responsabilità

- Monitor and analyze internal quality KPIs and implement improvement actions to reach production and quality targets
- Lead root cause analysis for non-conformities using structured problem solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa) and coordinate corrective and preventive actions
- Support product and process development activities, contributing to design reviews, FMEA, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes comply with internal Quality System standards
- Develop, maintain, and update quality documentation (procedures,



work instructions, reports)
- Support internal audits and continuous improvement projects to enhance product reliability and efficiency
- Act as reference for quality on the production floor and promote a culture of quality

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-6 years of experience in similar roles in industrial automation
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical drawing, production processes and mechanical machining in medium-high complexity contexts
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with SAP ERP and BO/BI is a plus
- Good knowledge of English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Excellent relational and communication skills
