Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: /p ol liPracticing acquisition law, principles, and technical or program requirements to plan and manage/make decisions or recommendations significantly affecting the content, interpretation, or development of complex, long-range or interrelated Department of Navy or Department of Defense policies or programs concerning acquisition management matters. /li liManagerial and administrative (personnel, budgeting, etc.) policies, practices, and techniques in order to supervise/manage a large work force.
