You will work closely with the wine team to ensure seamless operations, impeccable service standards, and the proper presentation and care of the wine collection. /p h3Profile /h3 pAs part of the Food Beverage team, the Junior Sommelier supports the daily execution of wine service, ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. /p pThe role actively assists during lunch and dinner service by preparing wine stations, polishing and organizing glassware, decanting and serving wines according to established standards, and ensuring that all wine-related mise en place is properly set up prior to service. The Junior Sommelier also supports tableside wine presentation and contributes to creating meaningful conversations with guests about wine selections and pairings. /p pIn addition to service responsibilities,



the role assists with cellar organization, stock replenishment, inventory counts, stock rotation, delivery checks, and the proper storage of wines to maintain quality standards.
