We’re looking for an FB Manager to lead our restaurants, bars and in-room dining, and make sure every guest enjoys an experience that is warm, refined and true to our five-star standards. /p pbWhat you’ll do /b /p ul liLead, plan and oversee all food beverage operations: restaurants, bars, pool and beach service, in-room dining, banqueting and events; /li liTrain, coach and motivate the FB service team, building a culture of hospitality, precision and pride; /li liSet and enforce service, presentation and brand standards through regular checks and quality audits; /li liPlan staffing and schedules based on occupancy and covers forecasts, keeping a balance between service quality and labour costs; /li liWork closely with the Executive Chef on menus, pricing and food cost, and with Purchasing on supplier selection; /li liMonitor FB revenues, costs and KPIs, and suggest actions to grow sales and margins; /li liManage inventory of beverages, crockery, glassware, cutlery and operating supplies, including monthly stock counts; /li liMake sure HACCP,



hygiene and health safety procedures are followed. /li /ul pbWhat you bring /b /p ul li5+ years in an FB leadership role (Assistant or FB Manager) in luxury hospitality (five-star or upscale property); /li liDeep knowledge of fine dining service, wine and beverages, and international cuisine; /li liProven ability to lead large teams, including seasonal staff; /li liStrong budgeting, cost-control and planning skills; /li liHands-on experience with POS and FB management systems (e.g. Opera, Micros) and good Excel skills; /li liOrganised, precise and calm under pressure, with a keen eye for detail; /li liA natural team player who works well across departments; /li liFluent Italian and English; a third language is a plus. /li /ul pbWhat we offer /b /p ul liContract level: 1st Level (Italian National Collective Agreement – CCNL Turismo); /li liSalary package: starting from €50,000 gross per year, commensurate with experience; /li liA key role in an iconic luxury property; /li liCareer development within the Company. /li /ul pForte dei Marmi, Italy | Full-time, permanent contract | Start: February 2027 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
