Key attractions within the Centre include an interactive exhibition space equipped with multimedia stations, a 360° cinema that showcases Europe's journey and its future, and a Role Play Game. This game allows participants to simulate the roles of Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) in a hands-on learning experience. /ph3You will:



/h3ulliAct as the main contact for the European Parliament on all matters related to the service contract; /liliPrepare and send monthly staff schedules at least 20 days in advance; /liliPrepare and submit monthly activity reports; /liliConfirm staffing for special events within 3 working days of a request; /liliOversee the staffing of the Centre's team and ensure that service levels are met; /liliWork closely with the on-site coordinators on scheduling, reporting and any issues that arise. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliUniversity degree; /liliRelevant professional experience in communication, public relations or staffing; /liliFluent English and Italian language; /liliStrong organisational skills and reliability with deadlines; /liliAvailability to be reachable during the Centre's opening hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-19:00, Saturday 10:00-18:00, Sunday 14:00-18:00; /liliExperience managing service contracts with EU institutions or other public bodies is an advantage; /liliKnowledge of the EU and its institutions is an advantage; /liliKnowledge of other EU languages is an advantage. /li /ulh3We offer: /h3ulliA key role in an innovative venue dedicated to education and engagement with Europe; /liliFlexible location: daily presence on site is not required; /liliA modern work environment and friendly colleagues. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
