Overview In this strategic leadership role, you will steer the Italian QHSE function across EPC, construction sites and O&M;, ensuring compliant and continuously improved practices. You will partner with country leadership, project teams and external partners to embed a strong safety, quality and environmental culture. Your work will focus on managing QHSE risks, implementing the integrated management system, and guiding audits, investigations and improvements. Retribuzione / Benefits Group Health Insurance Plan Meal Allowance Premio opportunity Lead the Italian QHSE function and provide strategic guidance to management and project teams Ensure compliance with Italian QHSE legislation, company standards, contractual obligations and client requirements Develop, implement and continuously improve the country's QHSE Management System (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001) Lead risk-based assurance programs: audits, inspections, incident investigations, emergency preparedness and corrective actions Drive safe systems of work (RAMS, permit-to-work, lifting operations, work at height, electrical isolation) Monitor nonconformities and trends,



conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive/corrective actions Provide QHSE performance reporting and risk visibility to leadership, clients and regulators Represent the business during client, regulatory and certification audits and maintain relationships with authorities and partners Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline ~≥10 years of QHSE experience with exposure to construction health, safety, environmental and quality management ~ Experience in large-scale Solar PV, BESS, renewable energy, infrastructure or EPC projects ~3+ years in country-level or multi-project leadership role ~ Proven experience leading multidisciplinary QHSE teams and influencing senior stakeholders ~ Strong knowledge of Italian OH&S; and environmental legislation ~ Excellent understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 systems ~ Experience managing audits, incident investigations, root-cause analysis and high-risk activities ~ Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills ~ Ability to prioritize risks and manage QHSE across multiple projects ~ Fluent in Italian and English ~ Valid driving licence and willingness to travel domestically ~ stakeholder management ~ ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 knowledge ~ audits and incident investigations ~ root-cause analysis
