Responsabilità

- Own architecture and roadmaps for core platforms and shared services, including debt mitigation and cross-portfolio alignment
- Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers to design scalable integration solutions
- Drive multi-domain architecture across scheduling, routing, payments, te lematics, ERP, and payroll with modern stacks
- Oversee incremental modernization, migrating legacy logic to event-driven, API-first services with minimal downtime
- Design reusable,



plug-and-play services for PestPac, RealGreen, WinTeam, and TimeGate
- Lead AWS-based cloud evolution with containers, serverless patterns, and IaC
- Architect and deploy production-grade AI systems, including multi-agent workflows and governance
- Create high-performance, multi-tenant data architectures across SQL and NoSQL databases
- Perform architectural spikes and POCs to validate trade-offs with empirical data
- Drive engineering excellence, security-by-design, CI/CD, and modern testing; mentor engineers

Requisiti fondamentali

- 8+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale SaaS
- Polyglot proficiency: expert in C# / .NET; working knowledge of Python, TypeScript/Node, Java, or Go
- Strong AWS experience with Kubernetes/containers, serverless, messaging, and managed data services
- Advanced SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) with high-concurrency query tuning and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB)
- Experience with DDD, EDA, microservices, and multi-tenant SaaS architectures
- Practical or proven aptitude in production LLM/agentic workflows and AI-assisted development
