pbSector: /b Data Centre Construction / Mission-Critical Infrastructure /p h3Role Overview /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day construction activities on a major data centre project in Milan. The successful candidate will manage subcontractors, coordinate site personnel and ensure construction works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project drawings, specifications and schedules. /p pCandidates should have a strong background in construction site management, ideally within data centres, MEP installations, modular construction or other complex industrial environments. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage daily construction activities, ensuring works are completed in line with programme milestones and project specifications. /li liSupervise subcontractors, site operatives and specialist installation teams. /li liCoordinate construction sequencing, work permits, site access and material deliveries. /li liMonitor site progress, productivity and workmanship, addressing issues before they affect the programme. /li liCoordinate with the Construction Project Manager, engineers, supervisors and offsite operations teams. /li liOversee the installation and integration of building services,



structural components and modular assemblies where applicable. /li liEnsure site activities comply with health and safety legislation, RAMS, quality procedures and environmental requirements. /li liConduct site inspections, progress reviews and coordination meetings. /li liIdentify and elevate technical issues, resource shortages and programme risks. /li liMaintain accurate site records, daily reports and progress documentation. /li /ul h3Candidate Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager or Senior Site Supervisor. /li liExperience working on large-scale construction, industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects. /li liData centre, MEP, modular construction or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable. /li liStrong understanding of construction drawings, method statements, RAMS and site safety procedures. /li liExperience coordinating multiple subcontractors and managing competing site priorities. /li liStrong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced construction environment with demanding deadlines. /li liProfessional working proficiency in English; Italian would be advantageous. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
