pUS - Remote with travel /p p$300 - $350K Base + Premio + Equity /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the full development lifecycle for large-scale data center campuses, from site identification and feasibility through entitlements, permitting, utility coordination and NTP. /li liManage the development of GW-scale data center campuses, coordinating land, power, infrastructure, commercial, engineering and pre-construction workstreams. /li liLead power and energy development strategy, including onsite gas-fired generation, utility interconnection and engagement with IPPs, utilities and other energy partners. /li liOwn project development schedules, budgets, risk management and investment milestones while coordinating internal teams, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li15+ years of development experience, with a minimum of 5 years of large-scale data center development.
