h3JOB DESCRIPTION /h3pThe IT Project Manager (ITPM) reports into the AlinIQ Product Research and Development organization and is responsible for leading, planning, executing, controlling, and closing IT projects within approved scope, budget, and schedule. The role partners with business and IT stakeholders to define objectives, coordinate resources, manage risks and communications, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with corporate and divisional requirements. The ITPM drives project governance, promotes effective collaboration across cross-functional teams, and ensures successful project outcomes that support business goals. /ph3Core Job Responsibilities /h3ulliInitiate and plan software development projects in collaboration with business and digital products leadership, defining project goals, objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables. /liliAssess project changes, issues, dependencies, and risks, and coordinate resolution with sponsors, stakeholders, and management. /liliMonitor project performance, schedule, scope, quality, and budget against approved plans and reporting metrics. /liliDevelop and execute project work plans, securing and coordinating required resources to achieve project objectives. /liliLead project execution and closure activities, including lessons learned, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and final approvals. /liliCommunicate project status, risks, decisions, and achievements through timely and accurate project reporting. /liliCoordinate cross-functional resources and assign tasks based on skills, capacity, and project priorities. /liliEnsure compliance with applicable corporate, divisional, quality, and IT governance policies and procedures.



/liliSupport larger programs or manage department-level projects with measurable business impact and associated risks. /liliMake project-level decisions and influence budget utilization to achieve business objectives. /li /ulh3Presence Requirements /h3pFor this position is required the presence in the Milan office 4 days per week /ph3Minimum Education /h3pMinimum Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. /ph3Required Qualifications / Experience /h3ulliMinimum 3 years of project management, business systems analysis, or software development experience. /liliExperience managing software development projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. /liliKnowledge of project management methodologies, project controls, risk management, and stakeholder management. /liliStrong communication, presentation, and coordination skills. /liliFluent in English (read/write/speak). /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications / Experience /h3ulliExperience working within global or matrix organizations. /liliKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies. /liliProject Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). /liliExperience with project portfolio management and reporting tools. /liliKnowledge of Jama and Atlassian suite is a plus. /liliFamiliarity with applications for medical devices, diagnostics, regulated environments.
