Qualification: Employee / Middle manager

Profile of the ideal candidate: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or a technical diploma with equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience in technical sales of hydraulic or mechanical components to machine manufacturers (OEMs), with direct responsibility for a sales area.

Required skills:

-

- Excellent command of English; a second language (German, French or Spanish) is a plus;

- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and ability to read technical drawings;

- Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills;

- Independent, well organised and results-oriented;

- Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.

Activities under his responsibility:

-

- Developing sales in the assigned area,



in line with the strategies agreed with Management;

- Managing and retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones, both machine manufacturers and distributors;

- Analysing customer applications and defining the technical solution together with the technical department;

- Preparing quotations and leading negotiations through to contract;

- Monitoring orders and deliveries for the customers in charge;

- Coordinating with the distributors in the area;

- Attending trade fairs and industry events;

- Regular reporting to Management on sales, market and competition.
