Job purpose: As Fund Raising Specialist (IG Legacy Pathways), you will help strengthen UNICEF’s legacy giving by identifying and unlocking opportunities across supporter acquisition, donor journeys, audience engagement, and loyalty activities. Working across the Individual Giving ecosystem, you will provide specialist expertise and practical guidance to markets and Country Focal Points, helping integrate legacy giving into fundraising strategies, develop and test compelling propositions, and build stronger pathways that inspire supporters to make a lasting contribution to UNICEF’s work for children. This role is crucial for maximizing legacy income from existing handraisers, strengthening the future legacy pipeline through targeted acquisition, and unlocking legacy value from the existing donor base.

Responsibilities:

Education:
Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Marketing, Social Science, Communication, Fundraising, Business Administration or another relevant field. A Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in a relevant area combined with 2 additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted. Work

experience:
5 years of relevant work experience in individual giving and/or legacy fundraising is required. Proven experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven organization is required.
