* Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development.
* Support project execution and resource allocation.
* Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives.
* Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions.
* Provide technical assistance to team members.
* Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
* Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering




* Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
* Technical knowledge in package applications
* Strong communication and leadership skills Other
