Overview In this Technical Management role, you will steer engineering activity for a country/entity, ensuring delivery against quality criteria and aligning with product strategy. You’ll lead technical strategy, deploy design authority structures, and drive R&D; governance and budget execution. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across international sites, shaping objectives and ensuring robust risk and opportunity management. * Nominate and oversee Design Authorities for products and projects

* Deploy the Intellectual Property Rights strategy within the country/entity




* Define technical strategy for the GBU and product road-map investments
* Implement and supervise the Design Authorities organization and its efficiency
* Be the ultimate Design Authority of the GBU

Sc. or PhD in a STEM discipline
* 10+ years in a hi-tech industrial entity, preferably optical/quantum systems
