Overview

In this role you drive AI-enabled procurement digitalization for direct materials within a global P2P framework. You'll connect Procurement, Business, Data & Analytics, and IT to shape and deliver innovative process improvements and adoption. You will manage cross-functional projects and oversee a portfolio of digital initiatives that enhance end-to-end procurement. The role offers the chance to influence global processes, stakeholder alignment, and change management in a forward-looking, collaborative environment.

Responsabilità

- Coordinate AI-driven and digitalization initiatives across direct material procurement, including vendor master data and related processes
- Partner with global stakeholders to gather business needs and support implementation of innovative solutions
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects with alignment across global teams and workstreams
- Support process improvement, change management, communications, and adoption activities to maximize impact




- Oversee monitoring of a portfolio of digital initiatives and promote end-to-end process mindset
- Coordinate knowledge-sharing, communications, training, and awareness activities across the organization

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years in procurement, project management, digital transformation, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global environment
- Procurement or procurement digitalization experience; direct materials knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into practical improvements
- Effective communicator with ability to build partnerships and drive change across diverse teams
- Comfort with AI-enabled solutions, digital tools, and continuous improvement
