Overview

In this role, you lead end‐to‐end customer onboarding and implementation programs across Europe, shaping large-scale logistics transformations. You act as the trusted customer adviser, coordinating cross‐functional teams and steering projects from concept to go‐live. You'll manage plans, risks, budgets and stakeholder expectations while collaborating with Operations, IT, Engineering and Automation to deliver on time and within scope. This is a high‐impact, international role with frequent travel and a focus on delivering strategic logistics improvements for major customers.

Responsabilità

- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation programs, including large-scale and strategic customer initiatives
- Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop comprehensive project plans with critical milestones and timelines
- Govern projects via status reports, steering committees, and executive updates
- Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation plans; manage escalations
- Manage project scope, changes, and alignment between customer expectations and deliverables
- Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Engineering, Automation, and Customer stakeholders
- Coordinate system migrations, automation deployments, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)




- Oversee implementation budgets and ensure delivery within approved costs
- Lead go-live activities, handover, and lessons learned for continuous improvement

Requisiti fondamentali

- 8–10 years of project management experience in logistics, warehousing, automation or transportation environments
- Proven track record managing large onboarding, implementation, or transformation projects
- Formal Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) required
- Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, governance, risk, and stakeholder management
- Experience leading cross-functional and international project teams in a matrix organization
- Strong financial acumen with budget, change request, and risk management experience
- Experience with WMS implementations, automation projects, system migrations, or operational transformations is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently, influence senior stakeholders, and work under pressure and deadlines
- Willingness to travel regularly, primarily within Europe; fluent English; additional European languages advantageous
