Overview In this General Manager role, you will define and drive the business strategy for a family-owned die casting group, with full P&L; responsibility and a focus on profitability and cash generation. You will lead from the shopfloor, strengthen the management structure, and coordinate cross-functional operations to align with group priorities. You will modernise processes, improve efficiency, and sponsor HSE initiatives as the company enters a growth phase. * Solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment principles in industrial settings
