What You’ll Do

- Handle inbound and outbound requests via phone, email, chat, and webform from end consumers and CAT’s retailers.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions effectively.
- Assist customers with spare parts search and purchases.
- Deliver accurate information and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.

What You Bring




- French – C1 | English – C1 (Both languages at an advanced level are required).
- Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in BPO or experience with US customers.
