Manufacturing Engineer

The team is looking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer to drive continuous improvement across production processes, support lean transformation, and improve manufacturing performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This is a permanent opportunity based in Legnago, Italy.

Key responsibilities
for this Manufacturing Engineer position:
* Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to identify and resolve process-related issues, minimising downtime and improving yield.
* Analyse errors and deviations in production processes and implement corrective and preventive solutions.
* Apply lean tools to eliminate waste and improve production flow.
* Identify and support automation projects related to cost reduction and capacity expansion.




* Collaborate with product development teams on cost estimation and new process design for NPI.
* Prepare technical reports, update work instructions, and maintain accurate documentation. Key

requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Management Engineering, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, specifically in automatic assembly processes.
* Familiarity with lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
