Overview As Finance Manager at Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese, you safeguard financial integrity and support the hotel's long-term success. You lead the finance function, partnering with the General Manager, ownership, and Accor to align with brand standards and market positioning. You drive budgeting, forecasting, controls, and reporting while enabling outstanding guest experiences. You influence strategic decisions and mentor the Finance team in a dynamic, international hotel environment.

Prepare annual budgets with Department Heads and senior leadership and monitor performance against them

Oversee accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, collections, and payments in line with policies

Manage month-end processes (D+2) and P&L; (D+4) in collaboration with external accounting firms

Supervise daily banking and cash flow management; Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance; Provide financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning





Collaborate with commercial and revenue teams to optimize revenue strategy

Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team; promote accountability and continuous improvement

Support cross-departmental collaboration and participation in hotel leadership decisions

Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Experience in financial operations and controls (AP/AR, cash flow, month-end close)

Knowledge of USALI reporting standard and financial reporting systems

Strong ability to analyze costs, manage payroll, and support budgeting across departments

Experience coordinating with external accounting firms, auditors, and partners

Leadership experience with team development and cross-functional collaboration
