Responsabilità

Initiate and plan software development projects with leadership to define goals, scope, timelines and deliverables

Assess changes, risks, dependencies and issues; coordinate resolution with sponsors and stakeholders

Monitor performance, schedule, scope, quality, and budget against plans and metrics

Develop and execute work plans; secure and coordinate required resources

Lead execution and closure activities, including lessons learned and stakeholder alignment





Communicate project status, risks, decisions and achievements through reporting

Coordinate cross-functional resources and assign tasks by skills and priorities

Ensure compliance with corporate, divisional, quality, and IT governance policies

Support larger programs or department-level projects with measurable impact

Requisiti fondamentali

Minimum 3 years of project management, business systems analysis, or software development experience

Experience managing software development projects through all lifecycle stages

Knowledge of project management methodologies, controls, risk and stakeholder management

Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
