Independently managing and warmly overseeing your service station in the restaurant.

Providing expert food and wine recommendations (in close collaboration with our sommelier).

Ensuring everything runs smoothly, from a clean mise en place to seeing guests off.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

Professional experience in the service industry (5-star experience isn’t required, but you should enjoy working with families and adults).

Polished manners and a friendly, confident demeanor.

Good German language skills (knowledge of Italian or English is a plus).

Here’s what you can count on with us:

Transparent pay: Starting salary of €2,100 net (the final salary depends on the chosen work schedule and your experience).

Flexible full-time schedules: Whether it’s a 5-, 5.5-, or 6-day workweek —and you also have a choice when it comes to shifts:

Split shift: 8:00 a.m. – Continuous shift: 8:00 a.m. – Continuous employment for nearly 10 months (March ’27 through January ’28).
