Responsabilità

Define, maintain and improve manufacturing processes, routings and production standards

Perform time studies and production analyses to set labor standards and boost efficiency

Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and cost





Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma and Kaizen

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, resources and production planning

Develop manufacturing documentation ensuring process consistency, compliance and operational excellence

Requisiti fondamentali

- 4+ years experience as Industrial/Process Engineer in structured metal manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Kaizen principles
- Knowledge of manufacturing cycles
- Italian and English languages (min. B2)
