Job OverviewOur Maintenance Department is looking for a Technician to join the team. This position calls for a dynamic, career-oriented individual who is eager to develop their career within our Maintenance Department.Controlli attentamente tutta la documentazione richiesta per la candidatura prima di fare clic sul pulsante apposito in fondo a questa descrizione.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Maintenance: Perform routine technical repairs and fault finding across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.Timely Execution: Carry out maintenance tasks and repairs in a timely and professional manner to ensure seamless daily operations.Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems as directed by management.Reporting & Follow-up: Report issues and follow up on work orders and maintenance requests through the appropriate channels.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues efficiently.Preventive Maintenance: Support preventive maintenance programs and assist with maintaining HVAC, lighting, and water systems.Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all kitchen, laundry, and operational appliances and machinery are maintained in full working order.Safety & Compliance: Assist in maintaining building safety systems according to hotel standards and regulations.Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe working environment and strictly follow safety procedures to prevent accidents.Note: The duties and responsibilities described in this job description are not exhaustive,
