1. The Experience: A 360° Journey into the Future of Agriculture
The AgriFuture Talent Program is an experiential 12-month rotational journey designed for two high-potential young talents to explore Planet Farms' end-to-end business and actively contribute to international expansion.
Participants gain hands-on exposure across three distinct 4-month rotations:
Months 1–4 | The Agronomical & Operational Soul:
Work at the heart of the Cirimido facility to master production cycles, agronomical practices, crop management, and plant operations.
Months 5–8 | The Commercial & Market Soul:
Understand commercial dynamics and product distribution through exposure to Retail and Ho.Re.Ca.
accounts, sales execution, and in-store presence.
Months 9–12 | The Strategic & Development Soul:
Learn financial sustainability models, cost structures, business planning, and strategic scaling in international markets.
2. Target Profile: Mindset over Degree
Planet Farms prioritizes authentic passion, intellectual curiosity, and drive over a specific degree.
Education:
Open to recent graduates <12 Months (Bachelor's or Master's) from any field of study, such as Agronomy, Economics, Engineering, Management, or other disciplines.
Eagerness to Learn:
Highly adaptable fast learners capable of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Authentic Passion:
A genuine interest in vertical farming, sustainability, and business scalability.
Pragmatism & Vision:
A practical, hands-on attitude toward plant operations paired with an analytical mindset for finance and strategy.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent English skills (C1/C2) necessary for international growth initiatives.

360° Systemic Vision:
Experience an end-to-end operational view of an industry-leading agritech scale-up without organizational silos.
Dedicated Mentorship:
Receive continuous guidance from specialized Department Tutors at each rotation, paired with an Executive Sponsor across the entire 12 months.
Real Business Impact:
Participate in a 100% practical experience culminating in a Strategic Project Work centered on new facility rollouts and international expansion.
4. Selection Model: The "AgriFuture Selection Bootcamp"
Tailored specifically for Planet Farms' industrial and high-tech operational reality, the selection process is condensed into a single, high-energy AgriFuture Selection Bootcamp held directly on-site at the Cirimido plant.
Candidates participate in a progressive multi-stage elimination process, evaluated on the ground by internal Assessors guided by HR structured scorecards.
Bootcamp Structure & Elimination Stages
Stage 1: Kick-off & 60s Elevator Pitch (All Applicants)
Individual 60-second pitch focusing on motivation, mindset, and authentic passion for Agritech.
Objective: Initial screening on communication, energy, and cultural fit.
Stage 2: Operational Challenge (First Elimination)
Internal Assessors observe hands-on problem solving and team collaboration directly in the industrial environment.
Objective: Evaluate pragmatism, adaptability, and operational mindset.
Stage 3: Strategic Business Case (Second Elimination - Top 8 Candidates)
In-depth group challenge addressing real-world scaling, commercial strategy, or sustainability models.
Objective: Assess analytical depth, C1/C2 English proficiency, and 360° strategic vision.
Stage 4: Executive Speed Interviews (Top 4 Finalists)
Rapid-fire 15-minute 1-on-1 rounds with Executive Sponsors and HR Leadership.
Objective: Final alignment on long-term potential and selection of the
