The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in bBolzano e Trento- IT /b /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liCoordination of Team leader on site and coordination of service/retrofit activities related to rail vehicle maintenance, resources in the execution of Maintenance activities, with a view to continuous cost/time/quality improvement. /li liManaging the documentation related to ongoing maintenance, the correct flow of use of specific tools and equipment for the performance of Service activities.



/li liEnsure the safety of maintenance locations by promoting compliance with current procedures, taking care to report any “non-conformities” to their supervisors. /li liSupport the enhancement of skills and teamwork by leading the resources on their shift (6/7 h16). /li /ul h3Required Skills/Knowledge /h3 ul liExperience (at least 5 years) in performing and managing maintenance activities, preferably gained in the railroad industry. /li liANSF certifications - National Railway Safety Agency (COCS 30) - to work on train safety organs (preferred). /li /ul h3Education/Qualifications. /h3 pHigh school diploma, preferably Technical Expert (Mechanical, Computer, Electronic). /p h3Languages /h3 ul liProficiency in Italian is mandatory . /li liBasic knowledge of English (written and spoken). /li /ul p“Alla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B2, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.” /p pProponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 36.000 € e 46.000 € /p pAt Hitachi Rail, there is a place for everyone.
