It influences all central supplier decisions and provides direction to Regional Supply Chain Directors on local sourcing alignment.

Establishprocurementgovernance,policiesanddecisionrightsacrosscentralandregionalteams,includingtheSupplierMatrix.




ProvidedirectiontoRegionalSupplyChainDirectorstoensureconsistentimplementationofcentrallydefinedsourcingstrategies.
