We are expanding our talent management department and looking for an Italian Recruiter .
In this role, you will lead sourcing strategies for Italian-speaking roles, assess candidate profiles, and coordinate candidate placement.
Position Details Key Responsibilities Candidate Management: Manage active talent pipelines by conducting structured phone screenings and evaluating candidate qualifications.
Selection Process: Administer pre-selection tests, schedule follow-up interviews, and handle recruitment administration.
Contract Type: 6-month contract with a 30-day initial trial period.
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
Compensation Benefits Base Salary: €1,250 – €1,450 gross/month (commensurate with experience).
Daily Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (approx. €154/month).

(excludes flight ticket reimbursement).
Candidate Requirements Native or C1-level proficiency in Italian alongside working proficiency in English.
EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, customer support management, or HR.
Goal-oriented mindset with strong active listening skills.
