Position Join a team that transforms customer requirements into innovative technological solutions For our facility in Costabissara (VI), Italy , we are looking for a Project Manager to join our Pharma division.
This role plays a key part in the successful execution of customer projects,



acting as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating the various internal functions involved in project delivery.
The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements definition through testing, installation, and final acceptance, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and customer expectations.
We are seeking a results-oriented professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders in complex and dynamic environments.
The ideal candidate has: A degree in Engineering or a comparable educational background.
At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments.
Basic technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic, and software systems.
Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and tools.
Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Fluent English; knowledge of Spanish is considered an advantage.
