Verify improvement results against agreed baselines, supporting sustained reductions in scrap, rework, cycle time and material consumption.
Main requirements: Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Materials Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or an equivalent technical discipline.
Foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes, technical drawings and tolerances; familiarity with metal processes and CAD tools is an advantage.
Practical shop-floor orientation and willingness to learn; relevant internships, industrial projects or international experience are preferred.




Ability to analyse process data and KPIs using productivity and analytical tools; basic familiarity with ERP/MES systems is a plus.
Understanding of structured problem solving and Lean/Six Sigma principles, with the ability to support technical trials under guidance.
Analytical thinking, proactivity, clear communication and cross-functional teamwork, with attention to safety, documentation and required approvals.
Fluent written and spoken English for technical communication in an international environment.
