General description of the role Reporting to the Consolidated IFRS and CSRD Reporting Senior Director, this position will be responsible for a variety of duties related to IFRS Consolidation and CSRD reporting as described in more details below.
The role offers the opportunity to join the Group Finance department in the Milan-based headquarters of a major FTSEMIB listed company operating in the global Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry.
The person will work closely with other members of the Campari Finance community around the world, spanning global, regional and local Finance teams, with the opportunity to automate, improve and make major impacts on current reporting, consolidation processes and financial disclosure.
Key responsibilities and objectives 1.




IFRS reports Assist in the preparation of Campari Group IFRS annual report composed of the Management report and the Consolidated financial statements and Davide Campari-Milano N.V. company only financial statements as well as Business model, Risk management and Internal Control System, Governance and Sustainability statements (please follow here for reference to the Annual report at 31 December ****).
Assist in the preparation of Campari Group IFRS interim reports at 30 June also including the preparation of management comments related to actual business performances on sales, profit maintaining effective lines of communication, ensuring quality of information shared and tailoring communication to audience).

Compensation and grading The indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges within EUR *****K + 15% premio, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall profile.
The role is classified in accordance with the CCNL Alimentare collective labor agreement – Quadro.
The position might also include a variable compensation component and a benefits package in line with applicable company policies.
