Gilead Sciences seeks a Finance Manager to support the Italian Commercial entity's financial planning, analysis, and reporting across therapeutic areas. The role partners with commercial and functional leaders on budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance management to optimize organizational value.
Responsibilities
Prepare annual operational forecasts, budgets, and monthly/quarterly actual reporting cycles
Analyze revenue, expenses, and resource allocation across therapeutic areas and functions
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support tactical and strategic decision-making
Manage commercial and functional expense budgets in partnership with budget owners
Support monthly and quarterly close processes including variance analysis and management reporting
Requirements
Strong financial acumen and analytical capability
Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and budget management
Proven ability to build partnerships across commercial and functional teams
Skills in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development
Proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools
Capability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
