GE HealthCare seeks an intern to support tender and quote processes for the sales organization in Milan. The role involves managing inquiry-to-order workflows, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating across functions to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage tender identification, analysis, and document consolidation in inquiry-to-order processes
Consolidate quotes for public and private customers
Update and maintain data in Salesforce CRM and other core business systems
Build cross-functional networks with Sales, Service, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams
Support identification and resolution of process issues using established procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in legal or humanistic studies preferred
Fluent in English and Italian
Proficient with MS Office and IT tools
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proactive problem-solving attitude and flexibility
