Responsibilities
Initiate and plan software development projects collaboratively with business and digital products leadership
Monitor project performance, schedule, scope, quality, and budget against approved plans
Assess project changes, issues, dependencies, and risks; coordinate resolution with stakeholders
Lead project execution and closure activities including documentation and stakeholder alignment




Coordinate cross-functional resources and communicate project status through timely reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years of project management, business systems analysis, or software development experience
Experience managing software development projects through full lifecycle
Knowledge of project management methodologies, controls, risk management, and stakeholder management
Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
