As a Special Process Technical Leader you will be responsible for: Manufacturing Process Engineering Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes across surface treatment and mechanical machining operations.

Define and control process parameters to ensure product quality, repeatability, productivity, and compliance with customer and internal specifications. Prepare and maintain detailed process documentation (work instructions, process sheets, control plans, FMEA, technical specifications). Support capacity planning, process balancing, and manufacturing workflow optimization.

Production

Technologies & Automation Support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of automated manufacturing systems, robotic cells, and process control solutions. Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability, process capability, and overall operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Quality and Technical Support Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and Materials Engineering teams to investigate production issues and process-related anomalies.

Lead Root Cause

Analysis (RCA) activities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Support qualification and validation activities for new processes, equipment, and production technologies. Utilize data analysis and process capability tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

New Process

Introduction & Continuous Improvement Lead industrialization projects from concept development through production implementation. Collaborate with Design Engineering, R&D;, Supply Chain,



and external suppliers to introduce new technologies and manufacturing solutions. Support investment projects related to manufacturing equipment, automation, and process optimization.

Fuel your passion: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in manufacturing, repair, or industrial production environments within aerospace, energy, automotive, or other highly regulated industries. Knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as machining, surface treatments, assembly processes, automation systems, robotic applications, and industrial process control. Understanding of production processes, quality systems, process validation, and industrialization methodologies.

Familiarity with metrology, NDT techniques, statistical process control, and problem-solving methodologies.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Italian and English. Continuous improvement mindset and Lean Manufacturing approach. Ability to influence stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with project management methodologies and industrialization programs.

Experience with gas turbine manufacturing, repair, or refurbishment processes. Knowledge of CNC machining, advanced manufacturing technologies, and industrial automation. Familiarity with robotic systems, automated production cells, and manufacturing digitalization tools. Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, NADCAP,



or equivalent quality standards.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with MES, ERP, or manufacturing data collection systems.
