pWe are looking for a Group Controlling Finance Transformation Manager who will be responsible for the financial planning and controlling of the Make-Up Business Unit, coordinating Budget, Forecast and Long-Term Planning processes.
/ppThe successful candidate will also lead Finance transformation and process optimization projects, promoting the use of Business Intelligence, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and support business decision-making.
/ppSpecifically: /pulliPlanning Forecasting: Coordinate Budget, Forecast and planning processes across the Business Unit.
/liliPerformance Management: Consolidate and analyze financial performance, identifying variances, risks and opportunities.
/liliCosts Profitability: Monitor OPEX, production costs and profitability, driving cost-optimization initiatives.
/liliFinancial Control: Standardize reporting, month-end closing processes, balance sheet reviews and key financial controls.
/liliFinance Transformation: Simplify and standardize Finance processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual activities.

BI Automation: Develop automated reporting systems and implement AI and automation solutions for the Finance function.
/li /ulpRequirements /pulliUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent certification is considered a plus.
/liliAt least 5 years of experience in Finance, with strong expertise in Controlling, FPA, Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Reporting, preferably in an international manufacturing environment.
/liliAdvanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
/liliStrong knowledge of AI, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics tools applied to Finance.
/liliExperience in Finance process automation.
/liliExcellent knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC/Italian GAAP), IFRS and Italian tax regulations, with a good understanding of international tax principles.
