/liliChampion continuous improvement by driving enhancements across products, processes, knowledge management, and cross-functional collaboration with quality, production, and local teams.
/li /ulh3Your Background /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or a related technical discipline.
/lili3-4 years of experience in a technical engineering, field service, or technical support role, ideally within the EV, energy, or clean-tech sector.
/liliPrevious experience leading, mentoring,



or coaching technical teams and developing engineering talent.
/liliStrong expertise in electrical systems, installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
/liliHands-on experience working with Linux-based systems and software environments.
/liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong customer-oriented and commercial mindset.
/liliProven ability to solve complex technical problems using data-driven analysis and indirect diagnostic information, while collaborating effectively across multicultural and international teams.

/liliFluency in additional European languages such as German, French, or Spanish.

/ph3Compensation Package /h3pThe employment framework is based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with an indicative level of B3 and a minimum gross annual salary starting from €39,000.
/ppThe specific level and compensation package will be defined based on the outcome of the selection process, including experience, skills, and overall role fit, in accordance with objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria, and in line with pay equity and equal opportunity principles.
/ppThe total compensation package also includes a variable premio linked to individual and company performance targets.
