The role involves managing pharmaceutical development and services projects, coordinating customer interactions, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple assigned PDS projects concurrently and handle customer requests within agreed timelines
Organize and facilitate customer visits, prepare presentations, and host project kick-off meetings
Document meeting minutes and teleconference records; maintain project timelines per customer agreements
Update project and billing information on database platforms; support finance and customer satisfaction




Draft scope-change proposals and support quotation team with technical proposals for customer requests
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or similar field
1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical development, clinical trials, manufacturing, or project management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and internet tools
Fluent English; additional language preferred
Pharmaceutical industry background or R&D; company experience desirable
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
