Role Description The Senior Order Management / Fulfillment & Backlog Coordination role at Nova Energy Argentina is a tempo parziale position based in Modena with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end order management, including order processing, backlog tracking, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. The position involves monitoring order status, resolving discrepancies, and prioritizing deliveries in line with customer commitments and operational constraints.

The role also includes regular communication with customers and stakeholders, preparing order and backlog reports, identifying process bottlenecks, and recommending improvements to enhance service levels and operational efficiency. The individual will collaborate closely with logistics, sales, and finance to align order fulfillment with inventory levels, contractual terms, and company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess experience in supply chain, logistics, or energy sector operations; prior experience in a coordination or senior order management role is preferred.
