Our client is an established company operating in the chemical industry, with an international business presence. To strengthen its HR function, we are looking for a Senior HR Talent & Development Generalist who will play a key role in managing and developing a broad range of HR processes with an international scope and reporting directly to the Global Head of Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews and talent assessment processes.
- Support the identification and development of high-potential employees and key talent.
- Contribute to succession planning, career development and talent review activities.
- Support compensation and benefits activities, including salary reviews, benchmarking, incentive schemes and annual compensation processes.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning and job profiling to candidate selection and offer management.




- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of global talent management processes.

Requirements

- At least 5–8 years of experience in a broad HR role, ideally within an international and structured organisation.
- Experience working with international stakeholders and within global HR frameworks.
- Fluent English: excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential. The role requires daily interaction with international colleagues and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, managers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Location: North-Western Metropolitan Milan Area Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 gross annual salary (RAL), depending on experience and competencies.
