Università Ca' Foscari Venezia invites applications for an international research fellowship focusing on bathymetric mapping and coastal habitat assessment in Fiji, the Seychelles, and Belize.
The project combines remote sensing with direct field surveys to study wave attenuation by mangroves, coral reefs, and seagrass meadows, and develops numerical hydrodynamic models using XBeach with measured boundary conditions and future climate scenarios.
