Overview

In this role you will lead category strategy and drive growth for a broad range of products. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance to execute category plans and monitor KPIs to identify improvements. You will translate customer insights into actions and build senior-level relationships with partners and the sales force. You will own product line responsibilities and contribute to go-to-market and profitability initiatives. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven position based in Milan that shapes product and business outcomes across the portfolio.

Responsabilità

- Define category business plan and growth strategies to drive profitability
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance to execute category plans




- Monitor KPIs and sales performance to identify improvements
- Analyze customer feedback and data to translate insights into actions
- Build relationships with the sales force and external partners at a senior level
- Own product line and quota management for a significant share of the range or a customer segment
- Oversee market analysis and marketing engagement activities
- Participate in partnerships with external IT vendors

Requisiti fondamentali

- Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- Typically 4–7 years of work experience in category management, P&L; management, or related field or 3–5 years with advanced degree
