Overview This role oversees cost, schedule, and budget performance across complex projects, coordinating contractors, vendors, and consultants. You will review proposals, approve cost-loaded schedules, and manage capex and payments, ensuring alignment with client goals. You'll lead client discussions, advocate during disputes, and support engineering decisions that shape project costs.

The position offers exposure to high-impact facilities and a chance to influence outcomes from planning through close-out.
