Overview In this General Manager role, you will define and drive the business strategy for a family-owned die casting group, with full P&L; responsibility and a focus on profitability and cash generation. You will lead from the shopfloor, strengthen the management structure, and coordinate cross-functional operations to align with group priorities. You will modernise processes, improve efficiency, and sponsor HSE initiatives as the company enters a growth phase.

This is a hands-on leadership role with broad scope across operations, finance, and business development.

Responsabilità

- Define and execute the company strategy aligned with group policies and financial targets
- Assume full P&L; responsibility and focus on profitability, investments, and cash generation

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven experience in the Die Casting industry in senior GM, Operations Director, or Plant Director roles
- Strong background in complex metallurgical environments with an operations focus
- Experience in P&L; management, budgeting, profitability, and key performance indicators
- Record of improving manufacturing processes, efficiency, automation, and organizational effectiveness
- Solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment principles in industrial settings
- Strong leadership, credibility, and ability to attract and develop managerial and technical talent
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively with group stakeholders, customers, and strategic partners
- Pragmatic, hands-on management style with strategic perspective
