Overview In this role you will partner with the design team to translate creative vision into technically feasible tailoring and outerwear. You will refine designs with suppliers and cross-functional partners, guiding prototypes through fitting sessions to align with the collection's aesthetic and calendar. You'll maintain clear design specifications, manage materials and production details, and optimize sourcing through a well-organized BOM.

Retribuzione / Benefits CCNL contract learning and growth within a global luxury group cross-functional collaboration Collaborate with design to understand vision for Ready-To-Wear Tailoring & Outerwear Coordinate with suppliers on prototypes based on Head of Tailoring and Outerwear Product Development indications Work with pattern makers, sample sewers, and other professionals to refine prototypes Ensure final samples are produced to design intent and within the Collection Calendar Maintain organized records of design specs, patterns, samples, and production details Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) to optimize production accuracy and sourcing 3-4 years in Product Development in Luxury Fashion ~ Experience with Tailoring & Outerwear ~ Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, and production processes in tailoring ~ Proficient in Microsoft Excel ~ Familiarity with Stealth and PLM systems ~ Agile mindset and strong problem-solving skills ~ Collaborative relationship management with Design and Merchandising teams ~ Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken) ~ Agile mindset ~ Excel ~ PLM systems ~ Stealth (system)
