Overview

In this role you will support the Direct Procurement Platform with reliable data, robust analyses, and clear performance insights. You will work as a data and analytics backbone for Direct Procurement leadership, balancing analytical work with execution. You’ll help harmonize Supplier Management practices and monitor market trends to drive continuous improvements across Categories. This is a key opportunity to influence procurement excellence within a multi-brand, global luxury group.

Responsabilità

- Define and harmonize Supplier Management best practices across the Platform (scouting, benchmarking, tenders, onboarding) and formalize these processes
- Measure and monitor adoption of best practices across Category Platforms to ensure consistent application




- Support performance improvement initiatives in procurement processes and ways of working
- Monitor raw materials markets trends for each category

Requisiti fondamentali

- 10-15 years of experience in similar Procurement functions
- Master’s degree in engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations, Statistics, or related quantitative disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; capable of building and maintaining dashboards and reports
- Ability to translate data into clear, business-oriented decisions
- Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus
- Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable with strong data discipline
- Proactive and collaborative; comfortable in a multi-brand, matrix organization
- Curious and eager to learn within a complex and evolving operational model
