As we strengthen our international presence, we are looking for a Strategic Marketing & Business Development Manager who combines creativity, strategic thinking, outstanding communication skills and strong execution capabilities.

The Role

We are looking for someone who can transform strategic ideas into concrete actions and measurable results.

Working directly with the CEO and collaborating with our international team, you will play a central role in developing MyLime's brand positioning, digital marketing initiatives, business relationships and commercial opportunities.

This is not a traditional marketing or social media position.

You will be expected to understand the bigger picture, take ownership of projects and independently manage their execution, from initial concept to final delivery.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and confidence in using AI-powered tools.

Strategic Marketing, SEO & GEO

- Develop and execute MyLime's marketing and digital communication strategy.

- Manage corporate social media channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.

- Improve website visibility through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

- Develop industry-specific content, landing pages, newsletters and digital campaigns.

- Identify relevant market trends, industry developments and communication opportunities.





- Monitor marketing performance, engagement, organic traffic and qualified lead generation.

AI-Powered Content & Business Materials

- Use AI tools to support research, content creation, prospecting, presentations and workflow automation.

- Create, customize and continuously improve commercial presentations, pitch decks and proposals for different industries and prospective clients.

- Translate technical concepts into clear, engaging and visually compelling materials.

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing and business development activities.

- Ensure the quality, accuracy and consistency of AI-assisted outputs.

Business Development & Client Relationships

- Independently conduct introductory meetings, discovery calls and initial product presentations with prospective clients.

- Communicate MyLime's value proposition confidently in Italian and English.

- Proactively contact prospective customers, partners and relevant industry stakeholders.

- Qualify commercial opportunities, understand customer needs and coordinate follow-up activities.

- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to prepare tailored presentations and client-facing materials.

- Develop relationships with existing customers to create testimonials, case studies and co-marketing opportunities.

International Events, Trade Shows & Webinars

- Plan and coordinate MyLime's participation in national and international trade shows, conferences and networking events.

- Organize webinars, workshops and online presentations, including content, speakers, invitations and follow-up activities.

- Manage event logistics, promotional materials, meeting schedules and communication campaigns.

- Represent MyLime during selected events and business meetings.

- Coordinate pre-event outreach and post-event follow-ups to maximize business opportunities.
