The role carries full responsibility for all activities concerning the management of the Project’s personnel. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Project in all management activities and in labour law matters relating to the Project’s personnel /li liFacilitate staffing and demobilization activities for Project personnel, in line with the construction schedule /li liSupport the administrative activities of the Project’s personnel /li liManage temporary staffing agencies on a daily basis and verify the documentation of agency workers before they enter the construction site /li liSupport local recruitment of blue
- and white-collar personnel,



coordinating with agencies and local employment centers /li liContribute to monitoring personnel cost variations through a digital workforce planning system /li liCoordinate the implementation of HR processes and procedures at Project level and ensure compliance /li liMonitor the assignment and management of corporate benefits, in accordance with the company’s agreements /li liPeriodically provide reports to the Headquarters on HR matters /li liCoordinate General Services and Facilities related to the workforce assigned to the Project /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
