The role builds strong supplier relationships, supports cost-reduction initiatives and works closely with Production, Planning, Quality and Finance. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliManage the full purchase-to-pay cycle: requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders, order confirmations, follow-up and delivery tracking. /li /brliSource, evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, lead time, reliability and sustainability criteria. /li /brliNegotiate prices, payment terms, contracts and service levels to achieve cost savings and secure supply continuity. /li /brliMonitor supplier performance (OTIF, quality, claims) and lead corrective actions with suppliers when needed. /li /brliCollaborate with Production Planning to align inventory levels, lead times and material availability with demand forecasts. /li /brliWork with Quality and RD on supplier qualification, material approvals and technical specifications. /li /brliAnalyse market trends,



raw material price fluctuations and spend data to identify savings opportunities and risks. /li /brliMaintain accurate supplier and material master data in the ERP system. /li /brliSupport the resolution of invoice discrepancies together with Accounts Payable. /li /brliEnsure compliance with company purchasing policies, internal controls and applicable regulations (e.g. REACH, RoHS, ISO standards). /li /brliContribute to group-level purchasing initiatives and the consolidation of suppliers across sites. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brh3Education /h3 /brpdiploma on thechinical areas /p /brh3Experience /h3 /brul /brli2–4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment. /li /brliExperience with plastics, packaging, raw materials or technical components is a plus. /li /br /ul /brh3Skills Competencies /h3 /brul /brliStrong negotiation and commercial skills. /li /brliAnalytical mindset, with the ability to work with cost models and spend analysis. /li /brliGood knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel skills. /li /brliExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail. /li /brliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li /brliAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. /li /brliFluent English; knowledge of other languages is an advantag /li /br /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
